The reasons behind the name of this bread are many including that it was invented in honour of a Russian soldier. The coriander seeds represent the shot from the battle field. Similar to our 100% dark rye sourdough, this loaf has the addition of black treacle, coriander and caraway seeds for added depth of taste. Delicious sliced thinly with cold meats and cheeses.

Borodinsky Rye Sourdough Loaf (800g +)
