A tasty sourdough loaf made over 24 hours  to allow the flavours to develop. We start with our rye sourdough starter and add a touch of malted grain flour and wholemeal flour which is then complemented by seeds to give texture (pumpkin, sunflower, poppy and linseeds)


Seeded Sourdough Boule (800g+)

  • White organic WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), organic wholemeal WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), organic malted WHEAT flakes  (GLUTEN) , organic malted BARLEY flour  (GLUTEN) water, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, poppy seeds, hemp seeds, organic RYE flour,(GLUTEN),  salt,  (Allergens in CAPITALS) ( please note that we are advised that the seed mix we use may also contain traces of sesame, peanut and other nuts)

  • Allergens are highlighted in capitals. Please note: we cannot guarantee that any product is free from any allergen as they are made in an environment where all may  be present
