If you're looking for a softer loaf which keeps well you may like to try our new Oaty Loaf.  These qualitites are achieved  without  any preservatives by using a japanese method where a little cooked porridge called a tangzhong is added to the mixture.  The result is a bake in a tin to give a flavoursome soft, moist sandwich loaf which cuts easily.

Oaty Loaf

  • Organic white WHEAT flour (GLUTEN),  Rolled OATS (GLUTEN), COW'S MILK, sugar, dried yeast, salt  (allergens in CAPITALS)
