A new variation of our very popular Oaty Loaf. This soft loaf includes a proportion of organic wholemeal flour to give it a rustic texture and nutty flavour. The bread is made using a Japanese method where a little cooked porridge called a tangzhong is added to the mixture.  The result is baked in a tin to give a flavoursome soft, moist sandwich loaf which cuts easily.
