By using just flour and water we teach you how to create a wild yeast rye starter and then guide you to make a variety of different sour dough breads using age old artisan skills

Price includes a take home bag that includes at least 4 different breads made by you, a rye sourdough starter and recipe booklet so you are set up to make everything again at home

Saturday 25th May 2024 Sourdough Workshop

  • To reserve a space on this workshop you can pay online - be sure to fill in your email address when prompted and we will then be in touch to confirm all the details.  The workshop will be held in our Harpenden kitchen from 10.00 till 2.30 and the price includes all ingredients, use of aprons, refreshments, a light lunch, recipe book and bags to take home all the goodies you make.
