A smaller size loaf for smaller appetites.  Made from just white organic flour, our rye sourdough starter and salt, this traditional loaf uses natural yeasts which are allowed to ferment slowly to develop the classic complex flavours associated with this type of bread.   These loaves take over 36 hours to make but the result is worth the wait!


Small White Sourdough Boule (450g+)

  • White organic WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), organic RYE flour (GLUTEN), water, salt,  (Allergens in CAPITALS)
