On this informative and creative course, you will be shown how to handmake a range of traditional breads including a delicious white boule and other breads that could include foccacia, pizza knots or garlic buns, a sweetened dough such as Chelsea buns and a flat bread such as pitta. You will each make and take home an impressive bag of 5 different bread products.
