By using just flour and water we teach you how to create a wild yeast rye starter and then guide you to make a variety of different sour dough breads using age old artisan skills

The workshop will be held in our Harpenden kitchen from 10.00 till 2.30 and the price includes all ingredients, use of aprons, refreshments, a light lunch, recipe book and bags to take home all the goodies you make.
